Friends of the Foundation Launched

The Friends of the Foundation was launched on Monday 19th May by our Patron David Lloyd amongst other special guests including our Ambassadors Sgt Rick Clement, Phil Neville, Paul Horton and Alex Winters.  A big thank you to all that attended and supported our Foundation and all that continue to do so.

The new ‘Friends of the Foundation’ Partnership will be limited to only one thousand friends.  Are you ‘ONE IN A THOUSAND’?

Members will have the opportunity to win unique ‘money can’t buy’ prizes, large cash prizes and receive invitations to exclusive events. However, Friends of the Foundation is a lot more than that. It is also about creating an exclusive group of people to help support and sustain our important work in the community. If you would like to become a Friend of the Foundation click here to download a form.

Becoming a Friend of the Foundation will entitle you to many extra benefits. In the near future it is our intention to make special offers and invitations to exclusive events available to our members.

We want to make our Friends feel important. Just for fun we will be making a random draw to pair each of our Friends of the Foundation with a Lancashire cricketer from the past or present. You could be drawn as a partner for current England star James Anderson or maybe Arthur Appleby who played in 1886 and represented Gentleman Of The North. It may be that you are paired with Lancashire legend Andrew Flintoff or Wasim Akram.

We will produce a list of Friends of the Foundation and their cricketing partners and display this on our website.

In this anniversary year for Lancashire CCC we see this as a great way to involve our Foundation Friends in the history of this great club.

Without vital funding through initiatives like this the Foundation is unable to deliver all the much needed education, health, cricket development & community cohesion projects, programmes and events that we use to ‘Inspire Communities Through Cricket’
