Healthy Eating Workshops

This week Warren Hegg met with the LCCC Foundation Healthy Eating Workshop participants, to talk to them about the diets of professional cricketers and what they eat to stay in tip top shape!

The local families also got the opportunity to have their photo taken with the Championship Cup and ended the day making and designing their own healthier pizzas.

Next week the group will enjoy sports activities and a discussion around understanding food labels!
