The LCCC Foundation is the official charity and community arm of Lancashire County Cricket Club and aims to “Inspire Communities through Cricket”.  We are seeking to appoint two members of staff to drive the Foundation forward and help to deliver our ambitions.


We are looking for highly motivated individuals with the experience and desire to help the Foundation in achieving its mission to be recognised as a leading sports charity.

Your role will be to deliver and develop a range of traditional and alternative sporting activity sessions for 14-25 year-olds across Trafford and Salford, as part of the ‘Sporting Foundations for Life’ (SF4L) project. You will work closely with schools and communities to engage and retain these young people in sporting activity.  Supported by the Senior Project Activator, you will maintain excellent relationships with key partners and contribute to delivery of the Project Delivery Plan.

You will have coaching and leadership qualifications as well as practical experience of delivering engaging sporting activity, with a proven track record of maintaining high participation levels by the target age group.  You will be an enthusiastic individual with a passionate belief in the benefit of making regular sport and physical activity part of a young person’s life.  You will have experience of working as part of a team and working with volunteers.
